HEALTH MATTERS

Please inform us of any existing health conditions or allergies and medications taken, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before any treatment as some treatments may be unsuitable.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment under these conditions.

 

HYGIENE

Your welfare and comfort are paramount to us. General cleanliness is maintained throughout the day. We have strict policies & procedures in place to safeguard your health and protect your well being. Infection control is our priority and we strive to ensure that we adhere to licensing guidelines.

Disposable products are used where possible (including pedicure bowls). Reusable instruments are cleaned and disinfected to hospital standards after each use. Towels are washed at 60 degrees after each use.

 

UNDER 16’S

We are happy to treat under 16’s with parental consent.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY/DEPOSITS

We kindly ask that at least 24 hours notice be given to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments not attended or cancelled/rescheduled with less notice are considered “missed”.

We may ask for a deposit upon booking. Deposits paid will be deducted from the balance due on completion of the treatment or fully refunded if at least 24 hours of cancellation is given.

Appointments booked online are secured using a nominal card payment.

T&C

In the event of a missed appointment the deposit paid direct to LAB is lost.

For missed appointments booked online we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the treatment cost, to the card used to secure the booking.

Vouchers will be redeemed against missed appointments.

 

REPAYMENT

If you choose to prepay your appointment and subsequently miss it, we reserve the right to retain between 50-100% of payment made.

 

COURSES

Courses must be paid in full upon booking. It may be possible to split the cost into installments provided the full balance is paid by halfway through the course. Installments are arranged at the discretion of the manager. Finance is available.

T&C

Any appointments booked as part of a course that are missed are forfeited.

Course appointments must be booked direct with the salon.

Appointments booked via Treatwell or other booking agents cannot be included as part of a course.

The individual cost per treatment will be payable for course appointments booked via Treatwell.

Courses are to be completed within designated time frames.

Refunds on incomplete courses are not given.

 

FINANCE

Finance is available.

 

LOYALTY REWARDS

Treatcard points are earned against purchases of treatments and products made direct with LAB, which convert into rewards- free services or products.

T&C

Excludes Courses, Gift Vouchers, and bookings made via Treatwell or using finance.

Your Treatcard must be scanned upon payment.

Rewards can only be redeemed when accompanying a fee-paying appointment.

Reward appointments that are missed will be lost.

Rewards offered cannot be exchanged for other services.

Rewards offered are not transferrable to another party.

We reserve the right to exclude some time/days.

We endeavour to ensure that our clients receive a great experience, results and customer service in a clean, professional and friendly environment. We welcome, value & rely on your feedback to ensure that we achieve our aim. We are open to any comments or suggestions that you feel can help us to deliver this.

LAB has the right to withdraw any offer without notice.

LAB has the right to terminate treatment or refuse to carry treatment out at any time.

Vouchers expire on the date shown.

Offers are only as stated; not transferrable.

Offers are not available during peak times – after 6pm and on Saturdays.

LAB has the right to transfer Clients to other Therapists in the event that the original booked Therapist is unable to attend. LAB will endeavor to contact Clients to explain this, or offer an alternative booking prior to your appointment. If unsuccessful, Clients have the right to decline treatment and choose to rebook without fear of penalty.

Clients have the right to decline before and after photographs but without photographic evidence we are unable to prove/disprove results.

Results may vary, especially if advice/aftercare instructions are not adhered to.

Clients must report any adverse effects immediately and attend the salon for examination as requested.
