Will it suit me?
The treatment is not suited to pregnant or breastfeeding women and those with other complications in their medical histories (further information/advice will be discussed during the free consultation).
Are there any side effects/risks?
There is a possibility that you may experience slight discomfort or bruising after the procedure & depending on the area treated/technology used you may have some temporary localised anaesthesia, but compared to traditional/surgical procedures, the side effects/risks are much reduced.
How long does it take?
Treatment times vary depending on the area being treated and technologies being used.
When are results visible?
It can take up to 6 months for the fat cells destroyed by Cryolipolysis to be metabolised and shed, but results for the other technologies can be seen immediately, although improve over time.
Is there any preparation/aftercare needed?
It is advisable to avoid caffeine/alcohol/heavy meals for 2 hours before and after treatment and in the case of cryolipolysis, to avoid direct sunlight for 24 hours.
