Lip Enhancement
The treatment is performed using Allergan Juvderm Smile, Ultra or Revolax Deep gel filler. A fine needle is inserted into various areas of the lip and a gel is released which draws hydration to the area increasing fullness, enhancing shape and smoothing any fine lines.
You will see results straight away; however, it is normal for the area to swell after treatment which may last up to 48 hours.
Results can last between 6-18 months, depending on the individual.

Cheek Enhancement
The treatment is performed using Juvederm Ultra, Revolax Deep or Sub-Q to enhance the fullness of the cheek area, smoothing away any fine lines whilst adding hydration, dramatically improving the skins appearance.

Dermal Filler
Dermal filler is a product injected using a very fine needle into the facial tissue to restore/ add volume, dramatically reduce the depth of lines and wrinkles, whilst providing hydration. At LAB salon we use Juvederm Ultra or Revolax Deep, Fine or Sub-Q, depending on location and loss of volume.
Dermal fillers can be injected into the following areas: lips, cheeks, frown, temples, and jaw line.

Anti-Wrinkle Injections
Anti-wrinkle or Botulinium Toxin injections are medical therapies used to relax facial muscles, reducing lines and wrinkles. At LAB salon we use Bocouture and Botox.
A very fine needle is inserted into the muscle and a small amount of Bocouture is injected. This blocks the signals from the nerves to the muscles, preventing them from contracting.
As an anti-wrinkle treatment, the most popular areas treated are the forehead, around the eyes and the area between the eyebrows.
It can take up to 2 weeks to see the full effect and can be topped up, if necessary.
Anti-wrinkle treatments using Bocouture last approximately 4-6 months depending on the individual.

Excessive Sweating Treatment
The treatment is performed using Bocouture, administered by several injections using a very fine needle. The Bocouture blocks or interrupts the chemical messengers responsible for making the sweat glands perspire. The injections are very shallow, just below the skin, where the injected Botox remains.
The axillae (underarms) and palms of the hands are the most commonly treated areas, however, the feet, head, face and area under the breasts can be treated.
You will start to feel the results approximately 2-4 days after treatment, and the full effect will be apparent within 2 weeks.
Typically, results last between 4-12 months, however, some studies have found it can last up to 14 months.

Profhilo Bio-Remodelling
Profhilo Bio Remodelling is a very effective non-surgical face and skin lifting injectable treatment using Profhilo gel, a pure stabilised injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) based product for treating skin laxity or loose crepey skin. Wrinkles are reduced, skins firmness is increased and hydration is optimised.
The décolleté, face, neck, legs and arms can be treated with Profhilo.
A course of treatments is recommended.

Redermalization using Xela-rederm
Redermalization is skin recreation by restoring the dermis. Using Xela-Rederm by Hyalual skin is rejuvenated, skin quality is improved using both hyaluronic acid and succinic acid.
As we age collagen and elastin deplete in the skin leading to fine lines, wrinkles and sagging. Rederm requires 3 to 6 in clinic treatments dependant on skin quality.
Xela Rederm is a mixture of non-cross linked hyaluronic acid and succinic acid. Hyaluronic acid works on the hydration of the skin from within and the succinic acid works on a cellular level to increase energy, oxygen and the production of collagen and elastin, the 2 components responsible for youthful bouncy skin. Succinic acid is also a powerful antioxidant and is clinically proven to reduce pigmentation.
The overall effect is improved skin quality, better hydration and a more even skin tone with a more youthful look and feel to the skin.

The areas that can be treated are face, Hands, neck and décolletage and other areas on the body if required. The treatment is performed with individual injections all over the area to be treated or with a cannula.

Skin Peeling
Skin peels are treatments which use various types of acids to resurface the skin. Depending on your concerns, they can be used to reduce the appearance of pigmentation, decrease wrinkle depth, refine pore size, improve texture, improve skin tone, treat acne, and hydrate the skin.
At LAB salon we offer the light depth Obagi Blue Radiance peel (Salicylic acid) and Agera Rx resurfacing.
Both peels contains salicylic acid, found in aspirin, therefore anyone with allergies to aspirin are unable to receive this treatment.
